To become an accredited member, the dentist must be in dental practice at least for 5 years, a postgraduate training for 2 years (in an approved program in an esthetic institution for dentistry), attendance to at least 2 ASDA sponsored seminars, To be nominated by a member of the society, 2 letters of recommendation by members, PRESENTATION OF 5 COSMETIC CASES COMPLETELY that will be reviewed by the board, and a vigorous application process. THIS SHOWS THAT THIS DENTIST HAS HAD NUMBER OF YEARS IN PRACTICE, HAVE ATTENDED MANY HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION AS WELL AS COSMETIC CASES AND IS WELL RESPECTED BY THEIR PEERS.
