Charlotte T.
Charlotte came to our office because she was not happy with her front teeth. She was getting married in a few months and wanted "nice teeth" for her pictures. She had white spots on her four front teeth. She had bonding on these teeth when she was 16 but the bonding didn't last very long. Dr. Zimmer's recommendation was four porcelain veneers. Charlotte was very happy with the results. She was so ashamed to smile before and now she loves her new teeth. "He did a wonderful job and I was amazed at how easy and fast the procedure was."
Jane
Patient came in with chipped, discolored teeth and unsightly crowns. She also was missing some posterior teeth on both sides. Dr. Zimmer diagnosed four porcelain crowns for #7, 8, 9, 10. Later, a partial was made to replace the patient's missing teeth, and the clasps were well hidden. The patient was very happy with the end result!
Renee B.
Renee had always had a slight space between her two front teeth, and the side teeth were short and "gummy." Fortunately, her teeth were very light, and she did not need teeth whitening. She came into our office to get four porcelain veneers. After her first visit, her teeth were prepped, and impression was made for the dental laboratory, and she was sent home with no temporaries. (They weren't necessary.) Two weeks later, she returned to have her veneers bonded on, and she loved them! Renee now flashes her smile at everyone!
April T.
A 27-year old came in for a smile analysis. She was getting married in 3 months and wanted a beautiful smile for her wedding and wedding photos. She has spotted teeth and spaces between her front teeth. April was not happy with her smile. Dr. Zimmer completed 4 anterior all porcelain crowns which closed her spaces. She also went through a whitening procedure to brighten her smile. She was thrilled!
Kathy B.
Kathy came into our office because she felt that her teeth had been "worn down" over time. Kathy was very unhappy with her teeth, so she did not give a full smile too often. After extensive research (which included finding us on Top3), Kathy came to Dr. Zimmer confident that he could provide the best service. Kathy's main desire was that her teeth look completely natural. Dr. Zimmer examined Kathy and diagnosed a reverse smile line and wear. He told Kathy that all she would need were four porcelain veneers along with a contouring of the side teeth. Kathy is extremely pleased with her appearance, and now she can't stop smiling! She told one of Dr. Zimmer's assistants that even her own mother couldn't tell what she had had done until she told her.
Gabe G.
Gabe came into our office shortly after his 30th birthday. He had been unhappy with the appearance of his front teeth for quite a long time. After his permanent dentition began to appear, they became crowded (causing them to be turned out and crooked). He had wanted to have orthodontic braces placed, but never got the chance. Now entering a new decade in his life, he decided to look for a cosmetic dentist. While a student in Missouri, he began to research Albuquerque cosmetic dentists. Impressed with Dr. Zimmer's case photos online and his attention to detail, Gabe decided to pay him a visit. Dr. Zimmer determined that four crowns would do the trick. He also used a laser to contour Gabe's gumline to create a more even appearance. With a slight adjustment of the two teeth bordering the crowns and the lowers, Gabe has the mouth he has always wanted. When Gabe first came in, he said he hardly ever smiled, but now he is beaming!
Monique
Monique was in bed when her little black dog started barking. She got up out of bed, in the dark, to see what was wrong, and tripped over her dog and hit her teeth on the edge of her marble bedside table. The damage to her anterior teeth (which never made her happy to begin with) cause #7 to break in half and #10 needed to be extracted all together. After having the extraction done, Dr. Zimmer prepared her anterior teeth for a six-unit bridge. She had crowns placed on #6-11 with the exception of #10, where a similar pontic was placed. The patient feels much more confident now and loves to smile!
Monty
Monty came into our office when he noticed that #9 (which had had a root canal and crown placed years ago) had begun to move. When he came in, the tooth broke and came off with the pressure of the impression material made for his temporary. Patient decided that he wanted lighter teeth since were were placing two crowns on #8 and 9, so he underwent in-house power bleaching. After achieving the shade desired, Dr. Zimmer placed a cast post on #9 to further strengthen the tooth, and two all-porcelain restorations were placed. Monty was so happy to have his teeth repaired and even-looking!
Linda
Linda had lost her two front teeth (#8 & 9) and was not a good candidate for implant surgery. Linda had a consultation with Dr. Zimmer, and it was decided that the best course of action would be to place a bridge on #6-11, placing pontics in the space of #8 & 9. The patient wore a temporary bridge made by one of Dr. Zimmer's highly trained cosmetic assistants while the lab was creating her six-unit bridge. Linda was extremely happy with the aesthetics of her anterior teeth.
Confidential
Patient had spaces and severe staining from hyperfluorosis in his hometown. Always being very unhappy with the appearance of his teeth, he decided to do some research and find the best cosmetic dentist in Albuquerque. When he came into our office, he consulted with Dr. Zimmer over the best treatment available, and eight veneers were diagnosed. Dr. Zimmer also shaped the gums over the two center teeth to even the gum line. The patient told us that what caught his attention over all the other dentists in town was Dr. Zimmer's website. He said that he was impressed with the simplicity of it and the fact that there were thorough Before and After photographs. After eight veneers were placed, the patient was extremely happy with the results!
