Meet the Dentist

Cosmetic Dentist Canton, Dr. Ramin Mehregan graduated from Boston University, School of Dental Medicine, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1992. He and his wife, Dr. Maryam Douraghy, have two boys. In addition to dentistry he has a passion for cooking and rock climbing. He is mesmerized by the beauty of the earth while he is climbing.

Dentistry to him is a life long learning, it is a continually changing and evolving profession. He believes that you never can reach excellence if you stop learning, or as he would say, “It takes an instant to stop doing the less-than-excellent thing and a lifetime of practice to maintain doing the excellent; it is in practicing excellence in the small things that you prepare yourself to handle the major with quality.”

His cosmetic training at LVI (Las Vegas Institute) exceeded all his expectations, but he knew there was something missing to help his patients achieve a greater quality of life. His cosmetic journey at LVI evolved into Neuromuscular Dentistry. This was the missing link between fine dentistry and excellent dentistry. After completion of his journey at LVI the question still remained: “Is this the end point?”

His quest for excellence placed him on the path of orthopedics and orthodontics. He now has the knowledge and ability to diagnose and treat his patients lifelong medical and dental mysteries and afflictions.
