DR. JERRY BURNS is an Arizona cosmetic and general dentist, located in Sun City West, who is fast becoming known as one of the finest dentists in the country. Known as TMJ or tempromandibular joint disorder, this slight or visually obvious misalignment of the jaw is responsible for a list of ailments. People with TMJ may suffer from chronic headaches, aching jaw, clicking or popping of their jaw, neck aches, back-pain, pain behind their eyes, difficulty swallowing and even numbness in their hands or fingertips. Although fairly common, most people (doctors included) never realize they have TMJ and simply live their lives on painkillers.
